How to apply gradient tint to B&WHi Guys
Would appreciate some guideance on how to put a gradient tint over a B&W photo to look like this So it can look like this (same colours) Thank You Bruce Cheers, Bruce
Canon Eos 5D MKII, 16-35mm f2.8L II USM, EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM, EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM, EF 50mm f1.4 USM. Edit photos OK. http://bruceybaby66.smugmug.com/
in PSCS, or CS 2 - 3, use the gradent tool and set mode to multiply....... then edit fade...... might have to add a few gradents of the same or different colours to get what you want....... or use a straight orange photo filter in PSCS.......
the gradient in the orange pix comes from the sky which I would say went from dark to light tones before the orange filter....... Cheers ....bp....
Difference between a good street photographer and a great street photographer.... Removing objects that do not belong... happy for the comments, but .....Please DO NOT edit my image..... http://bigpix.smugmug.com Forever changing
Cheers
Will try that this evening. Thanks Bruce Cheers, Bruce
