Could some of you guys help me with my photos, ill explain what i'm not keen on underneath each photo. I'd be more than happy to give you the originals. I hope that there isn't too many photos.



I find that those powerlines are distracting, but i am crap at removing things like that.


It just needs some fine touching up, but i cant pick out what it needs.

The photo of the cat, I thought could do with a bit of cropping and a bit of playing around with curves, saturation, contrast etc.
I came up with this...

The old house shot, I really wanted to bring out more detail in the sky and the moodiness of the shot (my interpretation), so using a layer, after using the healing brush to get rid of the power lines (and of a really strange horizontal line going across the sky ????) adjusted the levels for the clouds, and then a layer for the buildings where I dodged the highlights, flattened layers and then did a quick sharpen....



the cat I just wanted to get rid of the background - to me it was a bit 'busy', dodged some of the highlight on the cat - particularly in the eye, and a smart sharpen on a layer
