Transparent background prints creamy white?? HelpHi all,
I have been printing multiple images on A3+ pages on my epson R2400, I have been building the pages in photoshop on a transparent background, when I print the pages the background has been printing a creamy white, whereas I want it to be the paper color. I have tried saving in different file formats and tried the background eraser. Anyone have any thoughts, if i can fix this, it will save me a heap on ink Mick Nikon D800,D300s X2,F90x,F4e, 18-35AFD,24mm f2, 35mmf2, 50mm f1.8 AFS, 85mm 1.4, 180mm 2.8, SB600, SB800, Elinchrom Quadras.
Re: Transparent background prints creamy white?? HelpHit your printer settings for the print and uncheck "Gloss" to turn off the Gloss Optimizer.
In the testing I've done with Harman paper (and I did a lot of testing the past couple of weeks), the gloss optimizer adds a creamy layer over the top with a hint of magenta or red in the beginning. If your paper is already glossy enough, I find the gloss optimizer tints the page. Producer & Editor @ GadgetGuy.com.au
