Sell photos to someone based on the promise that when their money clears, you'll go out and take them a couple of really good photos. I haven't tried this yet but I've always wanted to.

Try to find a breakfast cereal that resembles a Hollywood actor and put it on Ebay. (Don't try Nutri Grain or Cornflakes)

enter yourself in dogfights. If you win you get the profits (eliminating the middle man).

What do you do for a living already? Is overtime in your industry a possibility? I've been doing a bit of overtime lately to save up for a lens I want (only the 50mm 1.8)..otherwise hmm..all of the above options sound errr..'ok' hehe. I 'bought' my D70 through Harvey Normals when they had 17months interest free. That was back in June and I'm well ahead now with my payments (should be paid off within 12 months easily of purchase date)..so it's safe, if you know you can DEFINATELY pay it off within that 17 months then it's a good option, but you might disagree?! Cheers,

Geoff. 8)

hmmm so far we have:
photographic extortion, begging for salvation, selling my soul on ebay (whats a soul worth these days?), cocaine (i wont even comment on that on a publicly accessed forum), celebrity breakfast lookalikes, dogfights (do i need a dog for that?), male prostitution, becoming a photographic toyboy, gambling...

i wont even tell you how long i entertained the thought of each of those...

Im coming up to my 5th year working as a graphic designer (big money youd think) working for a charitable organisation. - no overtime, although im always working long hours.

I guess its my instead-of-uni-training. some sort of payment plan could work, but i dont think id ever get it past the wife - who is also nearly full term in her pregnancy. She doesnt quite understand why id need yet another camera having only purchased the dimage a2 back in april.

maybe i could sell my bowels on ebay, they have been playing up for a while...
