A little word of thanks

I just wanted to say thankyou to all those who gave me such great advice on wedding photography earlier in the year. It came from all and sundry and was much appreciated.

For those of you new to wedding photography here's the link:

Have only done 2 weddings so far but my second effort (10/12) was lightyears ahead of the first as far as quality of shots is concerned. Have three more on the books for early 2006.

Again, sincere thanks for a great forum.

Hi Max,

Pleased I was able to help and good to hear the second wedding went well for you! I'm off to pick up a D200 now ... sadly it is a review camera however I am really looking forward to having a play with it ... my days on the D70s may be numbered! Tomorrow it is off to SA for Christmas and then NZ for the NY's thing and so I should at least be getting a few good photo ops to test the camera on.

Have a great Christmas and New Years yourself and to everyone on the forum.

Thanks again for your help Ants, enjoy NZ, I've never been there in December, anywhere in NZ is great! Be very interested in learning about your test run with the D200.

Glen, if I rely on the side business, I starve! :D Then again, I need to lose a few grams so it wouldn't hurt.
