A web site with nice images + FAME!

Postby tasadam on Sun Jul 02, 2006 6:58 pm

Hi there.

I found this and was going to share the link, but I thought their home page was more interesting.

Have a look at the movie of the Southern Aurora from space, that's COOL!
Hope you enjoy!

By the way, I am now famous!!
I have been immortalized on the web - and a great place to be immortalized too! (if you like wine...)
EDIT My immortality has been revoked - site cancelled as the host was too busy with other things. Basically it was a photo of my wife and I sharing a wine on a mountain that I entered into a comp, and won a couple of bottles.

Adam.

I bet that wine would have tasted just as good at home, with no walk, in front of a nice big fire. But I'm just feeling lazy. :D

Well done on becoming immortal.

Congrats Adam. As a fellow oenophile I'd agree there are some pretty good Tassie Pinot's although I can't say I know the one you're shown appreciating.

Gosh, I had to look up that word. Funnily, dictionary.com gives two conflicting definitions:

1. One who appreciates and enjoys wine.
2. A collector of wine.

Cheers

I do have to say though, that first image of the wild seas is pretty impressive.
Nice link...
