A1 GP Australian Round

Postby Raskill on Sat Jun 10, 2006 2:45 pm

Does anyone know if there is an A1 GP round in Australia this year? Last year made for a good mini meet and some excellent photo's.

I've searched the web for info and can't seem to find anything about an Aust. round.

Cheers!

I figured you'd have your finger on the pulse Trent. Will definetly be attending if it is on. Hope to have a few new toys by then....

A1 lost over 200 million last year . Seemed like a good idea but i'm not sure if the Sheik is going to gamble another 200 to see if it works out .

A1 Grand Prix of Nations provisional calendar.

A1 Grand Prix of Narions: Round 8 - Australia 2-4 Feb 2007, Sydney

Presumably this means Eastern Creek again, unless they get approval for a street circuit around Homebush or wherever.

I thought it was going to be around Kingswood, they wouldn't be able to stop for a pit stop without being carjacked and having their wheels stolen....

I better book that date in. I hope to see a few members there again!
