Sigma 500 HSM 4.5, any help?

Postby Jeko70 on Wed Oct 11, 2006 5:50 pm

I'm looking for a good prime lense tele for nature and sport but I can't afford the Nikon 500 so I was thinking about the Sigma 500 f4.5 HSM.
Does anyone using it?

Any help on this lens? Is it a good buy?

Cheers

Fab

As far as I know, there is not really anyone here on the forum owning such an 'exotic' prime.

Longest and biggest I've heard about is the Nikon 300/2.8 and the Sigma 120-300/2.8

I'd love to hear who here own such a monster 500mm prime :)
