My 1000th Post!

Postby Raskill on Sun Dec 31, 2006 9:39 am

Well this is it.....

1000 posts

Never thought I'd reach this milestone. How many hours have I spent online to reach it? Most of them worth it I reckon!

I would just like to make it a bit meaningful and thank you all for your advice, critiques and friendship. I've been fortunate enough to meet some of you off line, and consider you friends in the traditional, offline, sense.

This website is a one stop shop for ALL the information you need to improve your photography, and I thank Gary and the mods for all their hardwork.

Cheers folks. Thanks to all, and I hope you and your families all have safe and prosperous new years.

See you in 2007!

Congratulations Alan

That's a significant post count and in that time you've achieved a fair bit - even managed to get some dollars for your excellent motorsport work. I look forward to your next milestone 5K perhaps

Thanks guys.

I hope the new members get as much out their first 1000 posts as I have.

I look back at my early pics and shake my head, I hope I don't look back on my pics now and do the same down the track....

Congrats Raskill, I'm sure down the track you'll crack a smile when you see your avatar shot and the like. It doesn't hurt to go way back and see where we all started from (how far back does vary a bit depending on the person). I've definitely grown a lot as a photographer since when I first joined.
