From the smh, apparently Canberra is planning a national photography festival next year, running from July to October...

Why not in Sydney (the multicultural capital city), I wonder... or it just have to happen at the nation's capital?

Always thought Melbourne was the 'multicultural capital' (or cosmopolitan), just more people in Sydney. :lol:

But do agree to have it in cities with more people.
