pixspot issues

This has happened to me twice in 2 days when trying to connect to pixspot :(

Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

Do they do maintanence in the evening ? A "user-friendly" system message would be nice.

How about:

"I've just gone to get my back massaged. Be back in two hours. I love you and miss you" Now that's what I call User Friendly.

Sorry I just couldn't resist. As a free service there is bound to be times when Pixspot gets adjusted. I was just about to post something on here from Flickr when it went under the knife. I always have a happy place to go to just in case.

Geez Naasif, at the price we pay we deserve better service don't we! Actually that message you are getting is some technical problem stuff, but the messages you are meant to get are very friendly (I was just thinking this during my last upload). You do get the " bye bye Glen" or Naasif in your case? And I just love the "Welcome Glen, my god you're handsome" message as well.

Don't worry, Kristine is pretty good about keeping the problems to a minimum.

Maybe Kristine looks at all our photos and personalises each "welcome"
