D50 + 18-55mm kit lens worth?

My friend wants to buy my 1 year old D50 with 18 -55mm kit lens and 70-300G lens. How much is this worth? Is 450 a fair price?

That doesn't sound unreasonable to me - how many frames has the shutter made? - especially given the glass, but if you're selling the glass, and the bod, what are going to be shooting with?

thanks Gary, I think my D50 has 5000 shutter release. I just had the D300. I have the 50mm f1.8, 24-120mmVR and the 80-200mmf2.8.
Now I have to learn to take pictures. All these gears in 12 months, have to do some damage control next year.
When I bought the 24-120mmVR I never touched the 18-55mm & the 70-300mmG anymore.
