Hi Guys, Does anyone know of a good Jetty around the sydney area? I am looking for one (preferably quite long) which is NOT surrounded by boats and might have a clean background (just water and the far shore if possible). We went for a drive around pittwater today but there are just sooooo many boats Anyone Cheers.

Catherine Hill Bay just south of Newcastle have their old jetty that used to be used by coal loaders. It also has a nice pub to relieve the thirst after a heavy day of shooting There are a few around Lake Macquarie but you would have to define what you consider long. Places like Belmont/Green Point/Marks Point spring to mind. The jetties at those locations are probably between 15-30m André

Thanks for the replies guys...
I'll try and check out those ones you mentioned. I was hoping for one a little closer to home but a weekend up to Newcastle could be ok.
Cheers.
