Guillotine.Hi All,
Does anyone know where I can get a good quality guillotine suitable for photo paper trimming? I bought one from office works but it was crap (even though it was $400!!!), I am not sure why but every time the blade would come down the paper would bend so it would not cut right. I want one which has photo dimensions which are easy to read, has a way to secure the prints without marking them (the OW one scratched the print). I have been searching Google but can't really find any. Hope someone can help. Cheers, Andrew Andrew

Can you have a look here and advise if this is the one you are referring to, it does not say rotary trimmer but I think it is? https://stationeryworld.net.au/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=2804&category_id=319&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1 Cheers. Re: Guillotine.
Thanks. Out of curiosity, have you ever had any trouble with gloss or ultra gloss prints being scratched marked by the trimmer? Do you have to out some felt over the bar or something? Cheers. Andrew

Re: Guillotine.good question......... but I do not print on gloss, only semi matt or matt surface....... might be a good idea to let your prints dry for 24 hours as they recommend for some product
