As reported at RobGalbraith, AlienBee flashes are now available in Australia. Without needing transformers!

Check out the 300ws pure sine wave inverter with 20AH battery. 6kg. $360 !!!!!!

hmmm, shame they dont have the 240V ring flash yet, its great price stuff.
