Voigtlander Color Skopar 28mm + Heliar 75mm!!!

Postby aim54x on Wed Feb 15, 2012 2:09 pm

Looks like Voigtlander (Cosina) silently announced the Color Skopar 28mm f/2.8 SL II N and Heliar 75mm f/1.8 SL II N as well as refreshed cosmetics on their 20mm, 40mm, 58mm and 90mm SLR lenses.

Im probably the only one here that cares, but I thought I would share...I love my Voigtlander SL II lenses! I will almost certainly pick up the 75mm f/1.8 and quite possibly grab the 28mm a well

You know you could always show me the lens on my D7000 and teach me the errors of my ways :)

i spoke with the Australian importer/distributor today (Mainline) and was given the little extra tidbit...the 28mm should arrive around July but the 75's arrival is TBC.

Rodney, next time we go shooting you are welcome to try my Voigtlander glass. Suren the Color Skopar works brillantly in monochrome...i think the name was originally suggestive of its suitability for colour work.
