Photographer shoots his own death

I can't begin to tell you how sad this short video makes me feel.

I'm sure it will have an affect on all of us.

What a gutless, cowardly, miserable, pathetic little soldier with a big gun! I hope he can be identified from the footage and given the same treatment. He peeps over the wall, terrified of his own power and hoping to validate his manhood by killing someone who poses no threat to him. You are right Gary.....it saddens the soul. There are men on this Earth who should be removed and this murdering coward is one of them.

OK, it’s a chilling video but let’s put it into perspective. Firstly the gunman is not a sniper (I do get pissed off at incorrect descriptions), secondly the photographer is in an active war zone and as such has to accept the responsibility of his own actions. As I said it is a chilling video but I would not condemn any soldier that is in an active firefight from shooting any person that can be a threat or believes can be a threat. I know I will be lambasted for what I say but I have been in the same kind of situation and innocents died - I think it is called collateral damage.

It is so easy, from out comfortable armchairs, to condemn others when we have no idea what we would do in a similar situation.
