They fixed the NEF file remaining counter, they fixed it finally!!!

Also, if the changes in menu settings is to resemble the D70s, then they've simply turned the colour menu display into a black and white one (black background white text with D70s, vs blue bckground and white text on D70).

I think most important improvement (if it's true) is autofocus system. Let's see what's been done

Leigh, Chris said it can on the other thread. Owen seems better on AF lenses as well, but really more noticable on AFS. Manual focus seems a bit worse, slower to react, obviously we can see how Nikon views D70 users lens buying habits.
