Book recomendation: 100 Ways to take better landscape photos

Postby owen on Mon Jul 25, 2005 10:05 pm

Author is Guy Edwardes.

My wife just got this for me from the local library and it's got some great ideas. When I think landscapes I usually think wideangle lens, but this guy has almost half his shots done with a long lens. He also provides some great ideas and insight into how to take great shots.

It's a great read, I'd recommend it to anyone who likes taking landscape shots.

So you've found the answer: Nikkor 70-200VR can do all

Thanks Owen, I'll check that one out. I noticed Birddog was as swift as ever...............you never miss an opportunity Birddog!! Always swift and accurate as an eagle.

As good as the VR 70-200 is it still has 1.5mm movement in it's fitting as other members have agreed.
