This is not likely to be the sort of device that you will have seen. Maxwell have not been involved in this any step of the way, and Leigh's involvement was procured through an old schoolfriend of his who is now working at Cupertino in CA.

I've probably said more than I should have, but the reality is that even though the NDA doesn't apply to me, that still doesn't prevent me from having seen this equipment due to the fact that we live together.

I think though that at this time we all should respect that Leigh needs to fulfill his legal commitments in terms of the NDA and simply lay off him.
