There should be an actions folder, in the presets folder ? I think as I don't have PS on this PC. Just copy the actions into folder.

there are 2 ways which I have used in the past

firstly, locate the actions you wish to use
these will be of the form xxx.atn
typically this will be in
c:\program files\adobe\photoshop 7.0\presets\photoshop actions
you simply copy the .atn files you are interested in to the same path in another version of photoshop and should be in business.
or
within the new version of photoshop, you display the actions window, typically press f9, to the right of where it says actions on this window, you need to open the options menu, this is achieved by clicking on the rightward facing arrow, just below the close window commands at the top right of the window.
This will bring down a list of menu items.
Select load actions and browse to where the actions you wish to load live, typically c:\program files\adobe\photoshop 7.0\presets\photoshop actions
and select the ones you need.

should get you out of trouble.
The above assumes PC rather than mac but the principles should be the same.
