Sheetshooters 500

Postby Heath Bennett on Tue Oct 18, 2005 9:36 am

Congratulations on the 500 post mark SS.

I know that these kind of posts are usually kept for the thousands, but I think that SS has made so many useful and thoughtful posts that his 500 is a milestone in my book.

Thanks for the input mate :D

Hey,

Thanks folks, but I am not really here for accolades or congratulations or milestones - in fact there comes a time in life when milestones become a tad scary. I have had what I consider to be a blessed life doing something everyday that I love and my purpose really is simply to shed some light on the path for those newer to the game that are finding their way.

Thanks anyway,

I always read your posts with fervour Walter - they are full of knowledge gained through the years, wit which is determined by character and a command of the English language that borders on the lyrical.

I look forward to the next 500 :D

Fair go fellas,

I am attempting to use the inclement weather which precludes my shooting of swimming pools and outdoor living areas to assemble some new bookcases and with all this adulation I am having difficulty fitting my head between the shelves to secure them.

Well your comments on this forum are almost always completely useless, and I don't doubt your photography is similarly awful. Now run along and don't come back until you've finished with those bookcases, when I'll delete this message.

MCWB,

I could tell by your wonderful work that you were a man of the utmost honesty. I thank you for your encouragement and please don't delete the only post charged with any real veracity.

Cheers,
