Ahh yes, I've seen this guys work before. Didn't realise it was the same guy until I read the bit about the paraglider and the nude beach.

I believe NASA has a 150 megapixel camera in their observatory in Hawaii.

I have no specs on it but assume it is an array of smaller ccd's stuck together.
