The 500 AFS-II is the present for himself at his Anniversary 8)

I remembered he spent all full Sunday to run around Melbourne Metro to find the right place to buy his D70 :wink:

And now he's a bird stalker :D

getting a 500mm F4 is quite some way of celebrating an anniversary. BTW kipper why did you go the consumer F4 version of the lens instead of the pro F2.8 ??? :D :D :D :D :D :D

Kipper happy anniversary you can take your lens out to wine and dine in honour of the ocassion, next year aim to get a 1000mm f8
