MS-D70 CR2 Battery Holder

Postby bloop on Wed Nov 09, 2005 8:45 pm

These came with the original D70, I have a D70s which unfortunately didn't have this battery holder bundled with it, so I am just wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to purchase one of these, thanks.

Paul,
Do you need it seriously? the battery costs you more in using with the D70, it's better for you to buy another EN-EL3 instead of.

I don't know anyone who's actually used the bloody thing.

Ummmm, me when I first got my D70  Cost quite a few $'s to fill the bloody thing with batteries, have never used them and since then got a spare EN-EL3 for less $ than the CR2 batteries... sigh... Ya want a CR2 holder and batteries???

Thanks for all the replies. I just thought it would be handy seeing as the EN-EL3A lasts quite a long time anyway, it would be for those emergency situations, just nice to have backup. But if a few of those CR2's cost more than an EN-El3, I think I'll just forget the whole thing.

I think you'll find most of us have a least one D70 battery as a spare :) As you say, they last for ages anyway, but being able to cycle through a couple means you can keep shooting while one's recharging ;) Pricewise you can't beat the genuine article - someone around here may be able to help you with where to get one ;)
