Unknown bird

Shot this on the deck, was completely unprepared and it was about to fly off so I apologise for the shot. Just wondering what type of bird it is if anyone knows.

Looks like a Welcome Swallow - Hirundo neoxena

It's either a Welcome or Barn Swallow but ID can't be certain without a more frontal post to see whether it has a blue bar across it's throat just below the orange bib.
