Craig LowndesI have a friend who has asked me for a photo of Craig Lowndes V8 supercar.
Unfortunately I don't have anything suitable in my collection. Does anyone have any action shots that would be suitable for printing up to a3 that they would be prepared to let me have. I am hoping have it printed for a Xmas gift. Alternative is anyone going to Phillip Island this weekend that could do me a shot or two. Barry, I got some good ones at the Mount this year. They are good shots, sharp and close. PM me with a email address and I'll show you some samples.

I don't know whether these are good enough for what you want, but...
These are originals, downsized. The original files were shot in fine, which made 2.5Mb files. Those 3 were taken with an 80-200 F2.8 lens, this is as close to the action as I could get without a press pass. They were taken at 200mm, F6.7, 1/1000. That one was taken at F13, 1/125th, trying to catch a bit of movement. And when I edited that one, I got this - as a sample of what might be possible... Let me know if you want the originals of any of these, they were taken at Symmons Plains, November 13 this year. Pity you didn't want other cars - not many of Lowndes but plenty of some of the others... Share what you know, learn what you don't.

Thanks Guys
Tasadam - Like you I have a lot of shots but not many of Lowndes. Shots 1& 2 look like they have potential but are a bit small to see properly. Can you post larger version. Kipper - Look forward to your shots. Barry D700, 50 1.8, 14-24 2.8, 24-70 2.8, 70-200VR, 80-400VR, SB800 plus a lot of gadgets
Done. Refresh the page - they're now in my 1st post instead of the small ones. I also included a larger and higher res one of the last one (as you will see). It's one of my favourites. Also, to show you more of the potential of the first 2, here is a cropped version of the 2nd one. (oops, I could have bumped the contrast a bit much but you get the idea...) Hope it helps. Adam.
