Well I'm not birdy expert but they look pretty good.

I noticed this at my first day out with the D200 in Nov. but I didn't pay any notice to it coz it's not my body.

The fully charged EN-EL3e did not handle 1800 shots as Nikon stated.
The maximum shot which most new owner reported was less than 200. will see what happens?

Initial reports seem to suggest that the AF is quite good.

I'm still torn between the D200 and D2x though. I might be able to scrape together the funds for the D2x by July next year.

D200 + Nikkor 12-24 + Wimberly Gimbal head

Wait for the D3X (....but who knows how long that would take)
