Noticed in the week leading up to Christmas that Fletchers had closed their doors.
I enquired at the Parramatta Fletchers today and they informed me that the Pitt St store are in financial difficultly and the receivers have been called in. Not sure if they will continue to trade

I wouldn't be too concerned Craig, consider they mark everything up by 100% or more and with a 20% off "Closing Down" sale they would still probably be 50% more expensive than Birdy :!:

I'm dizzy from the math now :?

True Paul, no salemans could offer prices anywhere near Birdy, even if they were being liquidated.

I have a friend who was working there and they got their notice just before christmas - with all the usual missing outstanding money (wages, holidays, etc). Need-less to say that he was very unhappy.
