G'day all

Quick question.

I was wondering if anyone has a release form to get a model to sign template or something. I don't expect any trouble or anything this is just in the interest of conducting myself in a professional manner and covering all basses.

So if anyone has a template or such laying around or knows where to find one It'd be much appreciated.

Hi Michael,

I brought this up a little under a month ago, there is a thread that Killakoala had started linking to two different model release forms saved in PDF format. However the hosting has gone down, and hasn't been placed else where yet. I know a number of other people use them, so perhaps they will share one with us

I have 2 I use regulary. One is simple and the other a little more complex. Both I recall are word documents and they are on the Desktop at home. If you like to PM me with your E-mail addy I'll send them tonight when I get home from the office.

I print it 4up on A4 and carry around uncut I haven't used it yet as I still have to get the courage to ask people to pose
as side note I have filled out about 7 with different names/dates so it will look like people always sign them when I finally get around to asking someone to sign them

Just walk up to them carrying a camera. it is amazing how easy it is when you get used to it.

I do it all the time Most people are flattered if you want to photograph them It sort of validates their existence.

think of it as we usually only photograph those things and people that are important to us, If I want your photo then I obviously think you are important and it feels good to be important

The only people I don't ask are people wearing suits!!!
