50mm & Kenko Extension Tubes Test Shots

My wonderful girlfriend answered all my birthday wishes today by buying me a 50mm 1.8 and Kenko Extension Tubes. I have been after them for a while now and have done all the internet searches to glean as much knowledge as I could.
The 1 thing I couldn't find was some test shots to have a look at so that I could see what the effects of the tubes were. So thats what I have done.
I am not sure if what I have done has any relevance, but it has given me a rough idea what the effects of the tubes are.
For those looking into getting these tubes, I cannot recommend them enough. Some people have made note of the build quality but I have to say that the ones I have seem extremely sturdy.
These shots are of a 0.5cm power symbol on the laptop. Shot at the same shutter speed (1/80) so they might not be crystal clear but the aim was to see how close I could get and what greater magnification that resulted in.
Pictures are: 0 extension, 12mm ext, 20mm etx, 36mm ext, 48mm ext, 56mm ext and 68mm ext. All shot using a Nikon 50mm 1.8 at 1/80 ISO 200.
