Born into brothels

Sometime ago there was a discussion about photos from third world children on this site.

The documentary "Born into Brothels" that is about teaching these children photography is on SBS TV at 10pm tomorrow night Tuesday 28/02/06.

there was a lot of people wondering about the context the photos were taken in I would recommend this doco to anyone interested in photography and the human condition.

I for one will be trying to get home in time to see it.

I was watching SBS tonight and the ad for it came on a few times and I'm quite interested in seeing it.

Not criticising their photographs, but I think the teacher did lots of darkroom to their images. :wink:

Although it is insightful on what they can do with 35mm point and shoots. :)
