Hey Dcis, I do indeed have one, and Birddog has indeed posted the link to my review of it. I'm currently having niggling thoughts about selling it too - I'm beginning to outgrow it. I got hopefully a 80-200 coming and there's no way that would fit in it. It's mostly a compromise fit all bag: laptop, documents, SLR camera system, plus misc junk. For that purpose it's fantastic.

If you're still in the market for one on the other side of the new year I might put it up for $150. Welcome to inspect if around Syd (in perfect as new cond).

And I'm about to give my Billingham its first big test, as head across the pond tomorow, laden with my widescreen laptop with spare battery, D70, 24-120VR, 80-400VR, and a host of ancilliary equipment, plus travel docs, a change of clothes, and some toiletries.

Still haven't decided if I need the kit lens with me on this trip. It's only the 18-24 range that's not covered.

If you're prepared to experience the madness that is the australian crumpler website, you can buy online from them directly:

I've also found that the crumpler USA site often has better pictures of the bags:

http://www.crumplerusa.com/

I have the crumpler December Quarter, which is the only messenger style bag to carry a laptop and camera gear. I find it great for carrying around-town as I find the messenger style bag provides easier access. However the backpacks are definitely better for longer walks.

As far as price goes, you definitely get what you pay for - crumpler bags are amazing quality. My wife and I have 2 other bags, bought around 5 years ago, used daily, that still look as good as new.
