Gary, trust you will have a good trip to the US tomorrow. When people ask what you do for a living, dont bother with the IT stuff, just say proudly "I am webmaster for the D70 users.com, 260+ people depend on me". Hope you have a great time and pick up a few toys.

ps Remember to leave the server plugged in while you are away!

How would we cope???

I had withdrawal symptoms when the site was down after being hacked - that was only a couple of hours!

Me too Sheepie, If Leigh kicked out the plug and didn't notice till the 8th there would be a lot of frustrated individuals 8)

Then I'm packing and board a flight to LA and drag him home
Have good trip, enjoy your holidays, stop by Fry's and grab whatever new toys in those stores bring home and show them off to us.

I'm thinking he's on the cruiseship now, watching Sydney to Hobart race.

I heard he said SoCAL.

If he drives by Modesto... and I'm not sure why the hell he would... he might hit Sacramento...

Thanx all for the good wishes.

Had a great time on the harbour today; shot lots of images; need to browse them shortly and see what treasures I've wrought.

Andy, I may be up in the bay area; may even head inland to Sac; certainly the Napa may be on my list of stops. Leight mentioned Modesto - we lived there for three years from '92, while I worked for Gallo.

If Leigh pulls the plug I'll know, because my email will also be down.
