Easter Trip to Flinders Range NP, etc...

I've been a bit quiet lately, as I've been flat out planning my Easter trip - this time I'm taking Little Sheepie over to see his cousins in Adelaide.
Well, more than just that really, "to Adelaide and beyond" to borrow a similar phrase from a really cool movie
Map is in five sections, mirroring the major parts of the trip -
1. Sydney to Hattah-Kulkyne National Park - where we'll camp for Easter weekend with my brother (who's coming over from Adelaide to join us).
2. Hattah to Adelaide on Easter Monday. Will spend the Tuesday recovering and re-stocking. Also hope to catch up with Fozzie and some others from Adelaide, perhaps for a not-too-late dinner
3. Adelaide to Flinders Range National Park - via Port Augusta and Quorn (going to go on the Steam Train). Staying somewhere in the Flinders for 4 nights.
4. Flinders Range to Broken Hill - staying here 3 nights.
5. Broken Hill to Sydney via Dubbo (staying overnight at the zoo!).
It's going to be a loooong trip, camping almost all the way. Really looking forward to it.
Any suggestions for things along the way I should look out for would be appreciated. Obviously, I've been doing a fair bit of research, but any first-hand knowledge people have of these areas would be great!
