Where do I buy a new lens cap to suit my 18-70mm kit lens. I lost mine at Bathurst on Sunday.

You can pick non-genuine ones up from any photography store, they just have to be the right size. (Mine for my D50 is 52mm).

As for genuine ones then I think you might have to pay a hefty price, although they don't work much better than generic ones, so I don't bother.

Hope this helps

I was hoping to get a Nikon one if they are not to expensive.

Might try ECS. What about Birdy.

Get a generic one. When I got my 70-300 from a friend, he didn't have the lens cap, so I went to get one at the local camera shop, something like 3-4 dollars. The genuine Nikon was going to be $25 or more, not worth it. The generic one works just fine :D

Cheers,

André

Check out eBay as a genuine Nikon in the shops will cost you close to $30. From memory the kit lens is 67mm.
