Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but what the hey!

Just wanted to introduce myself and say HI! Im pretty new to the DSLR scene, just picked up a New D50 and a Nikon AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G IF-ED (D70 Kit lense). A filter, tripod and a bag. Im keen to learn how to operate my camera (better) so would love to join anyone who is out and about during the night or on the weekend for some tips and tricks.

I live in Sydney, Bondi Junction.

Regards,

Adam :D

Hi Adam, and welcome.

As Geoff has mentioned, we live just down the road, off Bondi Road in Ocean St, so any time you want to come aroud, just yell.

In the meantime, go out and take some photos: the camera doesn't do that by itself, you know. :)

And that is by far the best way to learn.

Welcome, Adam :) This is a great forum, but yes, a surefire way to start craving lenses and cameras you never thought you needed....
