I've seen that site and it is a good one. I don't totally agree with all his settings but as he says they are a good base and it's really up to you to fine tune things.

Specifically:

- I don't like shotting in RAW, too much post processing for me
- Turning up the colour saturation looks strange to me when I print on Canon Pro Paper

Other than that the settings are very useful.

I am sure our newer members will find this link very useful. I have previously read the tutorials offered by Blake; although I do not agree with everything he says, he has spent a considerable amount of time and effort creating his tutorials and has done a good job overall. These tutorials will be a good starting point for our less experienced members.

Thanks for the site.

Being a new member and only having the D70 for a few weeks i found it very interesting. I find the more you read the more you learn although some of the sites conflict with each other in what they say. Although in saying that i guess we all have different ways of doing the same thing.
