Adam,

Why do you say it was deleted?

Please review this thread and this thread

If you still wanted to PM somebody about this, why would you choose somebody other than one of the mods or admins? :)

To amplify Greencardigan's obtuse post. The icon is currently showing in the .net version of the forum, but not the .com version. It will eventually duplicate across to .com

Because it was uploaded (successfully, I will add), yesterday and visble on my posts, and not visible today.

That merely tells me that it's not visible. That is not the same as having it deleted, is it?

Have you read the threads that I've referred you to?

Ehh???
My topic title is specifically addressed to the Mods.
The other option is sending the same PM to all the mods and fish, I suppose.

With respect, no.

I would respectfully suggest that a PM to just one of the mods, or myself or Leigh, would be the most appropriate course of action. Fishing would only serve to piss us off, and that is not really in line with what you're trying to achieve, I suspect. :)

But hopefully, if you've read the references I have provided, you would understand that there are some timing and synchronisation issues between the three linked sites, and a small amount of patience is surely in order here.

Obviously something is awry with the directory structure.

Two copies Adam - I think Gary discusses that in one of the threads referenced above. Posts synchronise straight away, avatar's don't.

And BTW two copies is intentional - it distributes the server load at DreamHost

Should explain this one, although DH have very recently removed this restriction. But we in fact have four different domains, and using three of them in this manner to help diffuse the resource usage is probably not a bad thing, all told.
