The drew carey sh..... err sports photographer?

I was trolling about on the internet and a someone mentioned that drew carey is a photographer at the soccer world cup in germany.

Im actually quite amazed at this, I loved his show.

well I'll be... and from the sounds of the article he's not trying to leech off of his popularity as a comedian and actor to further his photography career. thats worthy of some respect alone, as is the fact he uses canon :lol:

I love Drew's talents as well... Well done to him I say.. but he'll be lucky if he can make (as much of) a living at photography as he does in his original career..

If sports are your thing, sports shooter isn't a bad site. It has a number of profiles of sports photogs and some of their work.

Read about this a while back at another forum and some of the so called pro photographers were quite narky about him .Bitchin he was taking the food out of the mouths of some other working hack , claiming he was getting access because of who he was . :roll:
