Wedding photographer Brisbane 07 October 2007

Postby Dug on Wed Jul 26, 2006 11:38 pm

07 October 2007 I have some young friend getting married in Brisbane next year and we are just making enquiries about a photographer.

It looks like being a pretty full on day medium price range thing.

it is only in the planning stage but does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?

I am open to suggestions I will not be allowed to have a camera on the day  for obvious reasons.

cheers doug

My friend's daughter got married in April and used Chris Hall Photography.
His office is in Fortitude Valley.

I was at the wedding, and I have to say that I was really impressed with his personality and the way he managed "the day". I have seen the resultant images on his internet site, and they were great.

At the wedding reception, he showed a slide-show preview of some of the photographs, using a screen and projector set up for this purpose. The impact of these on guest was fabulous.

I am not sure of costs, but I believe that he is not cheap.

Pure Coincidence!!

Just got back from my friend's place. His daughter arrived unexpectedly with a newly completed Chris Hall wedding album, and it is superb.

The photographs are wonderfully varied: B&W, sepia and full colour. Different shapes and sizes, different page layouts.

Apparently he has been Australian Wedding photographer of the year more than once. I'm not surprised.

Highly recommended. :D
