On paper it looks quite impressive: 10.2MP, anti-shake and an anti-dust system.

But, and this is obviously very subjective, it looks pig ugly and dated by a couple of years, which is when the Dynax this cameras was based on was released. That hand grip. Yowsa.

Also, a pity the 10.2 sensor suffers from high noise levels above 400ISO. Kinda makes it redundant to have more pixels available and then flood them with noise. Yes, I rarely use my camera above 400, but there are times when you have to.

Will be interesting to read reviews from forum members, new or old, in a couple of months when purchases are made.

Yeah, the review unimpressed me.

Couple that with it being a Sony and Sony's usually absolutely pathetic customer service and this camera smells like a disaster looking for fools.

The lens quality didn't seem all that impressive either.
