real estate photographya friend of mine is selling some units and has asked me if i could take some pics to put in the ads on a website. does anyone have any tips on taking these types of photos? time of day, lighting, comp, etc. or maybe link to any good sites. also can anyone recommend any free 360 virtual tour program? tia.
i plan to take pics with a 15mm fish and 1d and a 50mm.
I would suggest a nice wide angle lens
Early morning or late afternoon Not too many photos (you want to create interest and get the buyers curious) Funny this is mentioned - I'm doign some RE photography tomorrow Geoff
Special Moments Photography Nikon D700, 50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.4, 70-200 2.8VR, SB800 & some simple studio stuff.
Have a look at http://www.mcgrath.com.au/ as they tend to focus on the pricier end of the market and therefore require better shots (IMO).
You may also want to have a look at somewhere like Domain, etc and have a look at the cheaper end of the market - to be frank, RE agents tend not to worry about the quality the shots at this end, as sad as that is. This will give you an idea of what not to do. Cheers P
