real estate photography

a friend of mine is selling some units and has asked me if i could take some pics to put in the ads on a website. does anyone have any tips on taking these types of photos? time of day, lighting, comp, etc. or maybe link to any good sites. also can anyone recommend any free 360 virtual tour program? tia.
i plan to take pics with a 15mm fish and 1d and a 50mm.

Don't use the fish, use a wide angle or do a pano, clients are awake to the distortion

its the widest lens i got after teh 50mm. i planned on defishing it in ps.
also how much do people charge for this kind of stuff?

take a tripod, put lights on, like bedside lamps etc, should give a nice warm comfy feel.

I would suggest a nice wide angle lens
Early morning or late afternoon
Not too many photos (you want to create interest and get the buyers curious)

Have a look at
http://www.mcgrath.com.au/ as they tend to focus on the pricier end of the market and therefore require better shots (IMO).
You may also want to have a look at somewhere like Domain, etc and have a look at the cheaper end of the market - to be frank, RE agents tend not to worry about the quality the shots at this end, as sad as that is. This will give you an idea of what not to do.
