Help, just wondering if this is normal.

When I shake (gently) my camera near my ear, I can hear this soft rattling sound. To my untrained ear, it sounds like what I would think the prism or mirror will sound like. Is this normal ? or should I take it to maxwell.

I think you'll find the sound you hear is the sensor that tells the camera which way it's being held (it automatically tags images as portrait or landscape orientation - there is a sensor that senses this).

Now, why you'd be shaking your camera is another question ;)
