Adam

I sympathise with you on this, and of course, mention of a spelling related concern gets my immediate attention.

I'll raise it with Gary et al.

I'm another that finds this frustrating, being a member of quite a few very large forums, and moderator on a couple, I've just never seen this flood control feature ever used for editing a post.

Cheers :D

I wasn't sure if I was the only anal-retentive that had to edit their posts and correct errors straight away, or not! :D
(I do that on all forums I post on, but this forum was the only one where the wait was noticeable.)

Cheers

I'm both anal and a lousy typist. Sometimes it takes me three goes to fix all my errors after I've posted AND I usually preview beforehand :? SO that time thing has always annoyed me too - never thought to ask for it to be changed - go figure. Thanks for making the request and to Gary for acceding to it.

The easiest solution is to avoid making errors in the first place  [ducks].

I have had the same thing before, but normally it's my wife who picks up my errors!
