R1800 superseded?

Postby bloop on Tue Oct 03, 2006 7:55 pm

Seeing as Epson are offering a cashback on the R800 and R1800 printers, does anyone know if these models are being replaced in the near future?

Very good offer if these models stay current for a while.

I don't know.

They've had several offers through the life of these printers: we got a free box of A3 paper with ours,, and they've given a free extra set of inks at a later time.

I know that Epson are in the process of releasing several new printers aimed at the home market (6x4" photo printers and A4 printers) but none compete with the R800 or R1800.
