8 x 10 photo paper for Canon printer

Hi All,

It seems you can't buy 8x10 sized photo paper, at least canon don't supply it in their range.

I find this strange since 8x10 is a standard print size (along with 6x4, 5x7 both of which you can get).

Does anyone know where I can purchase 8x10 photo paper (high quality) for use in a Canon printer?

I don't like the idea of printing on a A4 sheet and then cutting it up.

I am wanting to print my own calendar from iPhoto and they are created using 8 x 10 sheets.

Apple don't offer their printing services in Australia (yet), but if you save the calendar as a PDF you can print them yourself. Only problem is you have to be able to find 8 x 10 sheets of photo pro paper.

You could always print them to PDF and then give them a slight nudge in resizing in Photoshop, else you'll probably have to hit a photo lab as they're the only ones off the top of my head that would stock 8 x 10 size paper.

Try a google search for photo paper 8x10 that will bring up a few possibilities in Oz.

Thanks for the replies, this was my backup plan. You have to save it to PDF anyway so I could always take them to a photo lab and see if they can print them, I presume they would be able to print double sided?

Hmmm, works out to be pricy... maybe I need to go down the printers path, would probably work out to be similar price but at least a profesional would have done it.

Thanks Glen (2 helpful posts in the one thread)... I'll check this out. I actually thought $30 for the premium version was ok (assuming this is AUD?)
