Large format printing.

New office toy :)
Our company recently purchased a second hand HP500sp printer. The large format type. It prints large laminated posters and also on canvas.

We did our first print job on canvas today! A 2 meter banner, turned out really nice.
I can’t wait to get a few of my pictures printed up. Only trouble is that it costs us around $100 per meter in materials alone.  ( I am sourcing some cheaper materials from the US)

My hope is that we may be able to at some stage in the future offer a good discounted rate to members here. But before I do that we need to run a few more tests and of course I will need to get the OK from the Admins :)

I know that one or two members here have had pictures printed on canvas, I would be keen to hear their thoughts

I've got a camera, it's black. I've got some lens, they are black as well.

That would be fantastic Mal. I have one print on canvas and will be getting more done in the future. They make great presents and look great on the wall. ;)
