Well if your straighten something (say your horzion was off kilter) you'll end up with some form of parallelogram unless you want bits of white at the edges you'll have to crop it and therefore reduce the total number of pixels in the shot. The more straighting required the more needs to be chopped, in some cases I've just cloned in some sky, or water so I haven't had to crop as much or at all. Hope this answers the question.

cheers, that was the question. thanks i just thought it might come out the original size, but i guess you can't have what's not really there, after you straighten.
